According to the woman, the alleged act was committed after she was kidnapped along with her husband by the five persons named.
The woman said that they were kidnapped from the court premises here last year on November 28 and thereafter taken to a sugarcane field at gunpoint.
The husband was then locked inside the car while the five persons gangraped the woman, the complaint stated.
Based on the complaint, Upper Civil Judge Himashu Kumar Singh yesterday directed Rampur police to register an FIR against the five accused. The couple had approached the court as they claimed that their complaint in this regard was not entertained by police.
