Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramakant Yadav issued the arrest warrant against Davesh Singh, eldest son of a retired government servant, who allegedly killed the three in their home in Indrapuri area here on December 15.
Armed with the arrest warrant, Bihar police has initiated steps for issuance of Interpol red corner notice against the runaway to bring him back from that country.
Deputy Inspector General of Police, Magadh range, Sunil Kumar said a team of state CID police had approached Interpol desk of CBI in Delhi.
Statements of the fugitive's father and brother had been attached in support of the case against Singh, he said.
Singh had allegedly clobbered his step-mother and step-sisters to death with the use of a hammer.
After the crime, he had fled to Delhi along with his father and from there flew out of the country to Canada.
The triple murder was suspected to have been committed for property of the father, police said.
