A local court has ordered filing of an FIR in the alleged gangrape of a woman in village Nagla Malle area here.
The victim had approached the court yesterday after the police allegedly refused to file a case.
The court then ordered the police to look into the matter, after which they filed a case against the two accused.
According to victim's complaint, on April 21, she was abducted by Shivansh and another person while she was returning home from the market. The accused then took her to a secluded spot and allegedly gangraped her.
No arrests have been made so far, police said, adding that efforts are on to nab the accused.
