"This hotel in Leipzig will strengthen our portfolio of hotels in Germany where we have a presence in five other cities. Its proximity to the main station and city centre will attract a sizable chunk of our clientele," Cox & Kings Director Peter Kerkar said in a release issued here.
After a thorough refurbishment the hotel, former ibis hotel from the Accor Group, will have 126 rooms and 404 beds available across eight floors developed in accordance with MEININGER standards.
MEININGER is a subsidiary of Holidaybreak, which is a subsidiary of Cox & Kings.
