"In different meetings, Usman Majeed, MLA elect Bandipora and Abdul Rashid Dar, MLA elect Sopore met Governor, and apprised him about various issues faced by them which are thwarting growth and development in their respective constituencies," an official Raj Bhawan spokesman said.
He said that the problems discussed included the need for priority attention to severe difficulties faced by people living in the LoC and along the International Border.
"The Governor urged the legislators to continue sustained pursuit of development issues in their respective constituencies," he said.
