Bad weather and poor visibility in the morning led to delay of 41 Delhi-bound trains, rescheduling of 14 and cancellation of 5, a railway official said.
However, no flight operations were delayed.
"The maximum temperature was recorded at 16 degrees Celsius, three notches below the normal while the minimum settled at 11 degrees Celsius, five notches above the normal," a MeT official said.
Yesterday, the city saw a low of 13.5 degrees Celsius, with rains adding to the chill in the air.
The weatherman has forecast a partly cloudy sky with mist/ shallow fog for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 16 and 12 degrees Celsius," the official said.
