The asking price of the apartment is USD 75 million, reported the New York Times.
It is located in the San Remo building on Central Park West. Moore, 52, and Willis, 60, bought the 14-room pad in 1990 from "Saturday Night Fever" producer Robert Stigwood.
If Moore's home sells for that amount, it would set a record for the biggest sale ever for an Upper West Side co-op.
Moore's co-op comprises 7,000 square feet of indoor living space and an additional 1,500 square feet of 28th-floor terraces featuring panoramic park views.
Moore was married to Willis from 1987 to 2000 and later lived in the penthouse with now-ex husband Ashton Kutcher.
Over the years, the building's residents have included celebrities like Dustin Hoffman, Diane Keaton and Steven Spielberg.
