The facility will cater to Indore and its nearby towns such as Dewas and Pithampur - a major Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and one of the largest hubs for the manufacturing industry in the country, DHL said in a release issued here.
"We are committed to creating value for our customers. Indore is a key market and a chosen smart city. As a major commercial and manufacturing hub, we see a strong growth potential.
"In fact, we project a strong double digit growth in our annual shipments year-on-year. The centre will also cater to nearby industrial hubs offering our customers multiple connection options for their shipments with real-time tracking," said DHL Express India Senior Vice-President and Country Manager RS Subramanian.
