According to DJB officials, this App has been launched as part of the "Swachh Bharat Campaign".
"The mobile application comes with a provision to upload suggestions/complaints related to dirty water, leakage of water, sewer over-flow, missing manhole covers on DJB's website. DJB is paying special attention to these issues in line with its commitment to the Swachh Bharat Campaign," said a senior official.
The official said, "This is a unique and one-of-its-kind mobile application for the convenience of its consumers and it is customised to suit the requirements of the consumers."
The DJB official also said that prior to this, the board had launched a centralised 24x7 Call Centre, with a Computerised Complaint Management System. This was done with an aim to provide appropriate and speedy redressal to public grievances.
