An ED official told PTI that a lawyer representing the actor today came to the agency office at the CGO complex here and submitted some documents. The ED had issued summons to the actor on March 19 this year.
The official said the actor had sought one week's time for his appearance as he is unwell and is in Mumbai now.
"Since we have served summons on him, the actor will have to come to the office and face interrogation by ED officials," the official added.
