Elderly woman killed by leopard

An elderly woman was killed by a leopard at Sirsa village in Ramgarh block of the district, a forest official said today.
Devko Devi (78) was attacked and dragged into the forest by the big cat yesterday when she had gone outside to attend the nature's call, DFO Parag Dhakate said.
Her badly decomposed body was recovered about 500 metres away from the village later, he said.
Meanwhile, the forest department has deployed two well equipped teams in the area to cage the leopard.
