She was originally scheduled to perform at the Positivus Festival in Latvia today and at Finland's Ilosaarirock Festival tomorrow.
The singer has apologised to fans for canceling the sets, reported Aceshowbiz.
"Am sorry that I had to cancel this weekends festivals. Because of ill-health I've been advised to not travel or perform. I'll bounce back," she wrote alongside a flexed-biceps emoji.
The news comes just days after Goulding was forced to scrap two shows of her "Delirium World Tour" in Adelaide and Perth on October 10 and 12 due to "an unforeseen scheduling conflict."
