The 56-year-old comedienne asked the star couple who came on her show to promote their upcoming movie 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' about their on-screen chemistry and their rehearsals before a kissing scene, reported Contactmusic.
"Now do you work at that? Do you rehearse? Before you kiss, do you kiss to make sure you kiss okay?," asked DeGeneres.
However, Garfield tried to divert from the subject saying, "Are we back yet? We are back right now? Welcome back to the Ellen Show."
"It is just great acting, amazing acting. It is like they are together or something," he said.
