Its flat steel production stood at 1.21 million tonne in the corresponding period of 2016-17 fiscal, the company said in a statement.
Pellet production also grew by 36 per cent to 2.75 million tonne as compared to 2.02 million tonne in the same quarter of last year, it said.
The supplies to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) segment including auto, white and yellow goods registered a growth of 64 per cent at 2.05 lakh tonne in the April-June quarter as against 1.25 lakh tonne in the same period of last financial year, it added.
