Excelity Global launches chatbot for new digital HR solutions

Payroll service provider Excelity Global today announced the launch of artificial intelligence-powered chat assistant platform to drive new digital HR solutions.
The AI-powered chat assistant, Excelia, manages specific processes, such as employee onboarding, training and information gathering and frees HR departments from much of the monotonous work that commonly keeps them from the core of their jobs, a company release said.
"Excelia is an intelligent Chatbot to provide automated solutions to tedious tasks, such as password reset, viewing payslip or tax reports, by making them as easy as sending a text or giving a spoken command," said, SudheerNoohu, Chief Platform and Technology Officer, Excelity Global.
