The news comes a day after the couple attended the Grammy Awards together and handed out the night's biggest prizes for Record and Album of the Year to Adele, reported Contactmusic.
Humble & Kind, McGraw's song written by Lori McKenna, picked up the Grammy for Best Country Song.
Hill and McGraw will embark on their joint Soul2Soul tour in April.
