Acting on a tip off, ASI Anil Kumar of Crime Branch NIT Faridabad identified the two accused who were allegedly involved in the fake currency business and nabbed them from a market in Old Faridabad, police said.
Fake currency of Rs 1,03,000 was found from their possession, police said.
The duo were identified as Sunil and Anil. A case was registered with Police Station Old Faridabad under section 489B and 489C of IPC, police said.
The police have started investigations in the case and hope to unearth other links to the racket of fake currency, said investigating officer ASI Rajbir.
