Victim Sanidhya Rawal, the grandson of Rawal Group of Institutions chairman C B Rawal, was a student in MR Public School in Sector-14 Faridabad.
The incident happened today afternoon when Sanidhya descended from the school bus near his house. His personal security guard received the boy after he got down the bus and carried him on his shoulders, following which the guard tripped and fell along with the minor, police said.
Not knowing that the boy fell on the road, the driver of the bus drove the vehicle forward when the child was crushed under the wheels. The guard was also left injured in the incident, police said.
A case has been registered against the driver of the bus at Police Station Ballabgarh Sadar in Faridabad under section 279, 337 and 304A of IPC, investigating officer ASI Jagbir said, adding that further process in the case have been initiated.
