A police team has been set up which is searching for one Manoj whose name cropped up during the interrogation of prime accused Joginder, a senior police official said.
It is suspected that Manoj, a private security guard, was involved in the incident and police said it is necessary to interrogate him to verify the exact sequence of events that day.
While Joginder was arrested within hours of the incident, Pehelwan and two others were apprehended the next day on the charge of destroying evidence.
Manoj is believed to be the one who had taken Ashok and Fauji to hospital where the former was declared brought dead and the latter succumbed after a few hours.
Although Pehelwan has claimed he was not present when the incident took place, investigators have got leads which contradict his claim, a senior official said.
