Krishna Kalandi allegedly killed his one-year-old daughter Belmoti with a matchet after an altercation with his wife in his house at about 8 AM, Superintendent of Police Mukdhya Jyoti Mahanta said.
Kalandi was arrested and the matchet seized, Mahanta said.
