Twentieth Century Fox has moved the newly christened chapter, from July 15 to July 22, 2016, reported Deadline.
This will shift the film off its previous collision course with Sony's "Ghostbusters" and two other pictures, the musical "La La Land" from Lionsgate and "The Lake from EuropaCorp".
For the time being, "Ice Age: Collision Course" is sharing its new date with one other title, Warner Bros' "King Arthur".
Denis Leary, Ray Romano, Queen Latifah, John Leguizamo and the rest of the gang are back for this go-round, and "Collision Course" is directed by Mike Thurmeier and Galen T Chu.
