FIR against BJP MLA in Bihar
A leading English daily journalist Ajay Kumar Pandey lodged the FIR against Sharma and his two supporters with the Qazi Mohammedpur police station, police said.
An investigation was underway in the matter, Qureshi said adding that a counter case has been also filed against the journalist by the supporters of Sharma.
The incident took place during the press conference of the state unit BJP chief C P Thakur recently.
