FIR lodged against ADM for sodomising clerk

A case was registered today against a senior official of Katihar district in Bihar for allegedly sodomising a clerk, police said today.

An FIR was lodged by the clerk with town police station against Katihar Additional District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police Vikas Kumar said.

As per the FIR, the ADM called the clerk at his residence on some pretext on May 15 and sodomised him.

The ADM has denied the allegations and termed them as baseless.

A four-member medical team comprising Civil Surgeon Dr R N Singh conducted a medical examination of the clerk, police said.
