Flash floods triggered by heavy rains washed away a house after it collapsed in Thoon Thalotha area of Billawar tehsil in the district early today, officials said here.
While one person died, two children have gone missing, they said, adding four others were injured.
Operation to rescue the children is going on, they said.
In Jammu, heavy rains caused two houses to collapse which resulted in one person being injured.
