Following reports that lead guitarist Dave Grohl and Hawkins are feuding over the former's plans to go solo, a video surfaces showing the latter revealing that the band's on "indefinite i hate us," reported Aceshowbiz.
"We're on indefinite i hate us ... Instead of hiatus, I call it i hate us," Hawkins said in a video, which was taken during a January interview with Artisan News but was finally posted on YouTube Wednesday, March 2.
Hawkins, 44, went on explaining that the decision wasn't made "because we don't love each other, or don't want to make music together ... We did so much in the last five or six years - we as a band could go into the studio tomorrow and have just as much fun as we ever had, but I think the world needs a break from us for a little while."
