Before serving Henkel, Kumar was in the Board of various organisations including Amrutanjan, private sector Lakshmi Vilas Bank and realty developer XS Real Group.
Stating that the company was in fund raising process, Syona Cosmetics, Co-Founder and Director, Raja Varatharaju said, "Given the fact that Satish Kumar has immense experience in professional and retail part of business, we have invited him to be a part of our Board".
