According to officials, around 10 students were going to the university in a 'Xylo'. One of the tyres burst and the vehicle overturned several times because of the high speed, an official said.
Four of the students died on the spot, he said.
The accident took place near the Noida International University here. The deceased have been identified as Salman, Balram, Tushar and Ayush.
Jayesh, Sharif, Vaishali, Somaya, Simran and Prerna were injured in the incident, the official said. Several of the injured were under treatment at the Kailash hospital, he added.
