Four killed in avalanche in Pakistan

At least two women and two children were killed and six others wounded when an avalanche hit a house in this northwestern city of Pakistan today.
The incident occurred in Badran village of Upper Dir District bordering Bajaur tribal agency and Afghanistan.
Local people, who carried out the rescue activities, said many people have been stuck under the debris.
Since the road leading to the village was cut off, people with very few tools and no proper equipment are facing problem in rescuing those trapped.
