Freight rates for Vijaywada, Goa up

Freight rates for nine-tonne pay load section for Goa and Vijaywada improved by Rs 1,000 in the local truck transport market today following busy cargo movements.
Transpoters said pick up in cargo movements helped freight rates for select destinations to rise.
Capital to Vijaywada and Goa rates moved up by Rs 1,000 each to Rs 60,000 and Rs 55,000.
Elsewhere, other centres freight rates mangaged to held
last levels on some support.
