"The DJB shall provide us the plan expenditure under the current budget both in relation to water and sewage sector. This order is without prejudice to the right which might be available to the parties," a bench headed by NGT Chairperson Justice Swatanter Kumar said and fixed the matter for hearing on April 19.
The tribunal, which had restrained DJB from spending money on Yamuna, had earlier asked it to submit complete details of works they plan to complete and the funds required for them.
The tribunal had also made it clear that the board would spend these funds during the year for implementation of its 'Maili se Nirmal Yamuna Revitalisation Project'.
On March 21, the tribunal had slammed DJB for spending money on Yamuna without its permission and directed it not to spend a "single penny" on rejuvenation of the river without its approval.
