The lead changed for the third time in as many days.
Gandas, winner of the Delhi Junior golf, had four birdies and just one bogey in fine round and he is two clear of overnight leader Viraj Madappa (72).
Madappa, the National junior champion, was the only other player at one-under 215.
Gandas scored heavily on the par-5s picking birdies on three of them on first, 13th and 16th. His other birdie came on 8th. His lone blemish of the day was the par-3 12th.
Piyush Sangwan (73) was fourth at 218 and Tapendra Ghai (75) fifth at 226 and Jairaj Sandhu (77) is lying sixth. Feroze Singh Garewal (76-77-76), another winner this season, is seventh at 229.
In Category B, Arjun Prasad (75-76-76) stayed in front at 227 and four shots ahead of Tanvir Kahlon (77-78-76) was second at 231. Kartik Sharma (77-79-76) is third at 232.
