The duo of Gaurav Gill-Mousa Sheriff clocked a total time of 1.07.50 hrs and are leading as of now.

Lohith Urs-Chapong Chaiwan who clocked 1.11.25 hrs, are second on day 1 and trails by 3.35.00 hrs.

In the Endurance Car category where the rally is being run on the TSD format, Sanjay Takale/Musthafa, driving a Maruti Suzuki Gypsy, lead with a penalty of 0.00.11 hrs.

Last year's winners and Bangalore couple Satish Gopalakrishnan/Savera, who are driving a Grand Vitara, are at second place with a penalty of 0.00.17 hrs. Kartik Maruti/Shankar Anand share the tird spot with a penalty of 0.00.22

The rally began at 6 am from Mysore with the ultimate cars and bikes taking a 89 km transport stage to Pollibetta in Coorg region
