Emily Eavis said that the big names for next year's event are in place, before the music event takes its scheduled year off in 2017, reported Digital Spy.
"We've got three headliners for next year, so that's completely sorted," Eavis said.
"We're in a really good position in that respect because it means we can now focus on the rest of the bill."
Talking about balancing the line-up between the festival's more traditional rock band bookings and big names from other genres like dance and hip-hop, Eavis explained that they always attempt to get a fair mix.
"This year I think it's an incredibly diverse lineup. We just try to make sure that if there's two bands of a similar nature, that they're not playing at exactly the same time.
"Sometimes there's a bit of a crossover, but we try to have it so there aren't too many bad clashes. Obviously they are some, but that's just something we work on."
Despite Foo Fighters having to cancel their headline set at this year's festival, Eavis said they will not headlining next year, even though she would love them back in the future.
