Gold biscuits worth Rs 1.5 cr seized from passenger

About 3.5 kg of gold biscuits valued at Rs 1.50 crore have been seized from a passenger at the international airport near here.
The man, who had arrived from Muscat, was taken into custody late last night after custom officials during a checking recovered from him gold biscuits hidden in electronic equipment, Air customs intelligence officials said.
