Governor, CM greet people on Mahaveer Jayanthi

: Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa today extended their Mahaveer Jayanthi greetings to the people.
"On the occasion of Mahaveer Jayanthi I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all my Jain brethren living in India and across the globe," he said.
In a Raj Bhavan statement, he urged one and all to 'rededicate ourselves to live upto his ideals, promote ahimsa and pledge to nurture moral and human values.'
Chief Minister Jayalalithaa also extended her greetings.
