Govt in no mood to allow separatist leaders to meet Pak NSA

Government seems to be in no mood to allow separatist leaders leave Jammu and Kashmir for any meeting with Pakistan's NSA Sartaj Aziz.
In fact, there are plans to even detain the Hurriyat leaders if they come to Delhi when Aziz will be in the capital on Sunday and Monday for talks with his Indian counterpart Ajit Doval and later call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Centre is of the view that if Aziz at all wants to talk, it should be with Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, who is an elected representative and not the separatists, official sources said.

If the NSA-level talk takes place as scheduled, India will keep its main focus on terror -- Pakistan-sponsored terror or Pakistan-inspired terror.
Pakistan will be told that it is the fountainhead of terror in South Asia and the country has to fix its own house first as whatever is happening in Pakistan is destroying itself only.
Sources said Doval will tell Aziz that it would be better for Pakistan to be a civilised state and abandon terror as instrument of policy, sources said.
