Vidyarthi was presiding over the meeting of committee constituted for redressal of grievances of people residing in developer area of Gurgaon.
The Deputy Commissioner reminded the private developers of Haryana Registration of Societies Act 2012, which lays down that upkeep of internal services like roads, water, sewage, drainage, parks and community centres was the sole responsibility of the developer till an occupation certificate is issued to them and an elected RWA is formed.
Vidyarthi also directed the DTP Dilbagh Singh to inspect the roads and parks in the societies and present a factual report about the services being provided to the residents after which recommendations will be made to the government accordingly.
