Filmmaker Guy Ritchie is reportedly worried about upsetting Madonna because of their custody battle over their 15-year-old son Rocco.
Ritchie is concerned how his ex-wife is coping with the court case surrounding the custody of their son but is sure it will all be "resolved imminently", reported People magazine.
"He is treading on eggshells not to upset her. They expect the saga to be resolved imminently. He does feel he has emerged victorious," a source said.
Meanwhile, it was previously revealed that the pair are close to a custody deal, with the "Living for Love" singer reportedly ready to settle on Rocco living with his dad in London and travelling back to the United States to see her.
