It will be the first meeting of the state executive since its reconstitution on August 17, last year.
State unit chief Ashok Tanwar said a range of issues will be taken up in the meeting including "failure" of the BJP-led Haryana government on various fronts.
"Besides, strategy on how to counter the anti-people decisions of the BJP government would also be discussed. This government has failed on all fronts. Recent developments in the state like Jat reservation issue, strike by power employees, issues concerning farmers and youth will also be taken up," he said.
Congress had come out with a 52-member executive committee and appointed 40 general secretaries, 19 vice presidents, 103 secretaries and 39 organising secretaries.
Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, former Union minister Selja, CLP leader Kiran Chaudhary, Capt Ajay Yadav, Naveen Jindal, Hooda's son Deepender Singh Hooda, party's communication department chief Randeep Singh Surjewala and party MPs and a number of ex-MPs are part of the executive committee.
