Haryana transfers 5 IAS officers

Haryana Government today transferred five IAS officers, including Additional Chief Secretary R P Chander.
Chander, who was looking after Industrial Training and Labour and Employment Departments, will now handle Animal Husbandry and Dairying departments in the same rank.
Senior IAS officer Avtar Singh has been made Principal Secretary, Industrial Training Department, an official release said here.
Sudhir Rajpal, Director General and Special Secretary, Information, Public Relations and Cultural Affairs and Grievances Department and Director General and Secretary, Archaeology and Museums Department has been given the additional charge of Excise and Taxation Commissioner, and Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department, in place of Anil Malik, who goes as Managing Director, Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam.
Malik will also look after the work of Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, awaiting orders for posting, has been posted as Additional Secretary, PW (B&R) and Revenue and Disaster Management Departments against vacant posts.
