Hathway Cable posts Rs 27.16 cr net profit in Apr-June 2017

Hathway Cable and Datacom today posted a net profit of Rs 27.16 crore on standalone basis in the first quarter ended June 30, 2017.
The company had registered a loss of Rs 53.2 crore in the same period a year ago.
The total income of the company, however, declined by 57.44 per cent to Rs 129.57 crore in the reported quarter from Rs 304.5 crore it posted in corresponding quarter of 2016-17.
Shares of Hathway Cable and Datacom closed at Rs 30.25 a unit, down by 4.57 per cent compared to previous close, at BSE today.

Home Credit ties-up with Paytm for repayment of loans * NBFC firm Home Credit India Finance has partnered with the mobile payments and commerce platform Paytm to facilitate repayment of loans.
"To facilitate a payment via Paytm's gateway while on the Home Credit India website, the customer is required to enter personal details along with the amount to be paid and the loan contract ID," Home Credit said in a statement.
Home Credit provides small loans to customers for buying consumer durables, mobile phones, computer etc.
