The award was presented to the city-based entrepreneur's outstanding services rendered in furthering the growth of dairy industry, a press release said.
Kerala Minister for Forests, Animal Husbandry, K Raju presented the award to Chandramogan during the 46th Dairy Industry Conference held in Kochi recently.
On receiving the award, Chandramogan said, "this award is a testament to the achievements of the organisation in terms of excellence in quality, innovation and commitment to enriching the lives of farmers and consumers".
Hatsun Agro manufactures and markets products like milk, curd, ice creams, dairy whitener, skimmed milk powder, ghee.
Besides serving the domestic market the company also ships 'dairy ingredients' to over 38 countries including United States, Middle East and south Asia, it added.
