A vacation bench of Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva allowed the bail plea of Sher Singh Badshami, Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) MLA from Ladwa constituency of Kurukshetra, and granted him interim bail for two months.
In the order, the court directed him to furnish a personal bond Rs 25,000 and two surety of like amount.
Badshami's counsel Amit Sahni submitted that his client is 62 years old and had been operated of sinusitis in June last year but the problem recurred and without surgery it could not be cured.
