HDFC trims 2.12 pc stake in Indraprastha Medical Corporation

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has sold its 2.12 per cent stake in healthcare firm Indraprastha Medical Corporation.
HDFC Ltd that held 9.81 per cent stake in the Indraprastha Medical Corporation has disposed off 2.12 per cent shares through open market sale, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
The sale of shares was done during December 4-24, it added.
Post disposal, HDFC Ltd has 7.69 per cent shares in Indraprastha Medical Corporation.
Shares of Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd today closed at Rs 67.10 per scrip on BSE, up 1.05 per cent from the previous close.
