Heidi Klum joins boyfriend Vito Schnabel in Switzerland

Heidi Klum and boyfriend Vito Schnabel met up in Switzerland this weekend after the model spent Christmas with her three children.
Klum, 42, and Schnabel, 29, were spotted holding hands and smiling as they visited his gallery in St Moritz, reported People magazine.
Earlier in the week, Klum, 42, shared a sweet photo of her family celebrating Christmas Eve in coordinated Santa outfits.
"Frohe Weihnachten," she wrote alongside of a photo of herself posing with Lou, Henry, Helene and Johan while wearing a "Mama" cap.
"Merry Christmas from my family to yours.
