Through this strategic partnership, Raymond Weil will be exclusively retailed in India through Helios along with another retailer for luxury watches 'Ethos', the company officials said.
"...If you look at the contribution of Swiss brandsit is somewhere in the range of about 25 to 30 per centtoday. We want to scale that up, and specifically the affordable luxury brand's sales are expected to double over next three to four years," Titan Company Limited CEO (Watches and Accessories) S Ravi Kant told reporters here.
Claiming to be the first Swiss brand to enter the Indian market, Raymond Weil said it has been reaching out to the discerning Indian consumer since last 30 years and hasa strong base of loyalists.
It has presence in about 110countries.
Raymond Weil President Olivier Bernheim said the reason for the partnership is to have a quality distributionnetwork in the country for their products.
Responding to a question on service requirements, Bernheim said Helios staff are trained by Raymond Weil in Geneva.
Also, spares will be regularly shipped for the service requirements.
Helios houses a wide collection of stylish timepieces for men and women, offering a range of the latest collections from over 25 international brands.
It also provides after-sales services across its stores.Helios will soon be having 50 stores in about 27 cities in the country.
