Speaking on the occasion, the BJP MP appreciated the ongoing 'Clean India Campaign' and assured all possible help.
"We are committed to development of society and it is a little gesture towards service of the poor," said Malini.
BJP district president D P Goyal said that 75 more toilets would be constructed at the behest of MP Hema Malini to cover the entire village.
"Multipurpose in nature, it would prove to be an asset to the villagers," Goyal said, adding the MP was sincerely trying to make it a model village.
Also, she assured the villagers of providing garden, school and health centre around Radha Rani temple, he added.
Meanwhile, a Sulabh International official said that Sulabh had planned to construct 50 toilets in Rawal village.
"With an aim to propagate the importance of toilets, we have chosen Mathura as it is the birthplace of Lord Krishna", said founder of Sulabh International, Bindeshwar Pathak.
"Sulabh would take steps to make the entire village open defecation-free", he said.
Sulabh, which engages over 50,000 people, has constructed nearly 1.3 million household toilets and 54 million government funded ones, with nearly 15 million people using toilets based on the Sulabh design aimed at promoting hygienic sanitation at low cost.
