The Excise and Narcotics department officials arrested Lalneihmawii (50) of Zotlang from the outskirts of the Mizoram-Myanmar border Ruantlang village in Champhai district, the department officials said.
The accused reportedly told her interrogators that she smuggled the contraband from Myanmar concealed in four soap boxes.
She was booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
