Hizbul militant arrested
"During a naka checking at Chotipora in Handwara, police arrested a Pakistan trained militant of Hizbul Mujahedeen outfit," a police spokesman said today.
He said Zahoor Ahmad Bhat had exfiltrated to PoK in 2001 and returned recently.
