In the other quarterfinals, Vidarbha have been drawn against Tamil Nadu while Andhra Pradesh are set to clash with Maharashtra.
According to a BCCI release, the semifinals will be played in Bengaluru and Kolkata from February 25 to March 1.
The winners of Quarter-finals 1 and 2 will play in Bengaluru while the winners of Quarter-finals 3 and 4 will play in Kolkata.
The final will be played in Mumbai from March 8 and all the matches will be telecast live.
1) Karnataka v Assam in Indore
2) Delhi v Mumbai in Cuttack
3) Vidarbha v Tamil Nadu in Jaipur
4) Andhra v Maharashtra in Lahli.
